OUR MISSION

Structuring the relationship with diaspora talents in the DRC through enhanced coordination and mediation.

COBEX CREATES A COORDINATION AND MEDIATION STRUCTURE established in the DRC, which brings together public authorities and the private sector, to make it the facilitator of the support ecosystem and the single point of contact for diaspora investors. This initiative will make it possible to better structure information and support channels and improve their readability.

It could strengthen and expand COBEX's mission to the diaspora, and to talent in particular. This structure will have the following missions:

• IDENTIFY TALENTS and skills established abroad, structure their link with the DRC and collect mutual needs;

ENSURE BETTER COORDINATION and effectiveness of diaspora investment support systems by directing investors towards the relevant structures and creating synergies between existing initiatives;

• PROVIDE CONCRETE INFORMATION ON BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES and investment procedures that exist in the country;

• CONDUCT TERRITORIAL PROMOTION CAMPAIGNS with the diaspora and countries of residence through the diplomatic network in association with employers' organizations;

• PLAY THE ROLE OF FACILITATOR between businesses in the DRC and the diaspora;

• FACILITATE THE IMPLEMENTATION OF PROJECTS, by providing resources and support services adapted to the diaspora;

• DEPLOY COBEX RELAYS IN COUNTRIES OF RESIDENCE with a large Congolese community in order to streamline communication with the diaspora.

• STRENGTHEN COBEX COORDINATION TO PROMOTE THE LINK - intra and inter - DIASPORA BETWEEN LOCAL AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT PROJECTS AND INVESTMENT PROJECTS, by relying on and creating a Congoexpertise platform for the mobilization of diaspora talents. Development projects can contribute to creating favorable conditions for investment by meeting various needs (infrastructure, organization, etc.);
