INVESTING YOUR SKILLS
The skills and knowledge acquired by diaspora professionals in their countries of residence can strengthen human resources in sectors such as education, healthcare, and public administration in their countries of origin. Diaspora professionals have often acquired soft skills, such as the ability to train and mentor. This section is designed to highlight the contributions of diasporas to scientific innovation, addressing skills shortages in origin/destination countries, and promoting the transfer of skills to the communities in which they reside and from which they originate.
